Background:
A multidisciplinary team of experts at McDonald's corporation were asked to investigate all of the ways that business could be improved by building a network and online tools to digitally connect every aspect of the business. They asked Thoughtform Design to help them explain their findings with a series of posters and presentations that encapsulated their recommendations.
These diagrams were the first attempt to capture detailed ideas for each area of business, so that teams could talk to each other. In the end they were used to promote ideas to corporate management and begin to encourage buy-in from franchise owners.
